When was the last time you got a speeding ticket?

Probably 40 some years ago.

Two decades ago?

I was going 70 is a 55.

So was everybody else. A cop was parked on the shoulder, standing with a radar gun, pulling people over. He just pointed at me and motioned for me to pull over. There were two other cars already pulled over. I was leaving a beach on a holiday weekend.

A few weeks ago I accidentally ran a red light. My brain was zoned in on the next light, not far away, which was green, and somehow overlooked the red in front of me. Fortunately it was a T intersection with only a road from the left with no traffic.

I am worried a red light camera might have caught me. I drove by a week later and both lights had red light cameras. But I haven't got a ticket in the mail yet. Cross my fingers.

A few years ago when I was caught on a traffic cam. Only one I’ve had so far. I’m usually good at avoiding being caught speeding, but they had to cheat and use modern technology to get me, lol.

I've never had one, have been pulled over a few times and given a warning, over the years, must be my charm, getting me off the hook...lol... yeah right

It was the first time, about nine or ten years ago.

32mph in a 30mph limit - I was confused by some recent changes between 30, 40 and 50 on a road I used every day!

No penalty as it was a first offence, if I took a Speed Awareness Course. Which I did.

I've always been careful since, whether on a small local road or a motorway, and sometimes use the occasional roadside speed-indicators to judge the accuracy of my speedometer. (It over-reads slightly, so at least errs on the side of safety.)

Got one for driving too slow. The cop who caught me was on foot which made it kinda tough to refute the charges.

I never got one. My wife almost did, but managed to escape by showing her boobs.

1983... and I deserved that one.

Last week, 81mph on a motorway, I wasn’t aware of the mobile speed camera until too late. Fair cop, I was over the limit, annoying but have to accept the points. I did the course about 2 years ago, so not able to opt for that…..

Around 10 years ago. I was passing thru a small town and the speed limit went from 55 to 25 within about 20 feet of space.

Never!! But I missed getting a parking ticket last week because the car next to me was getting a parking ticket when I arrived. <3 Bless that car owners heart.

I haven't gotten one yet but i mostly speed on freeways and just a lil on big streets, never small ones.

Long time ago. I got pulled over for drunk driving twice before that
