Public indecency, just this evening i had to go outside to get a rake that was leaning against our car, i made myself put clothes on for that, good thing, a couple kids were riding their bikes around, they would have surely screamed and told their parents that a weird looking hairy guy in his shorts was walking around, then i'd have to buy a suit in order to go to the law courts, and oh it would be horrifying!!

My fear? Phobia? Well it’s globophobia aka the fear of balloons. I guess preventing me from having a heart attack by seeing or hearing latex balloons being inflated or being carried by people. Did you know? The loudest noise made by a balloon (being blown up until it ruptured) was 168 decibels – four times higher than a 12-gauge shotgun?!

Being trapped losing my independence. Failing to achieve my dreams. Which is why I get panicky over being still, being in relationships (among other things like abuse), and having to compromise. I just get triggered to run. Keep running to a different and better place. Which isn't always a good thing...people don't know me for very long before I end up someplace else.

Pain, happiness, pretty much everything.

Further emotional/mental devastation.

Being manipulated or used

Not really sure fear protects you from much, unless you're in immediate danger and need to figure out a solution.

I have anxiety and my fear keeps me from doing things and gives me a false sense that I'm protecting myself from the big bad world out there.
Most of my fears are unfounded, however.

I have come to learn that 'fear' doesn't actually exist. Fear is something we make up in our minds as we go along that is more focused on ensuring our failure at something, than it is focused on ensuring our success.

Therefore, our self-contrived state of fear keeps us small and ineffectual.
