Is it normal to be always anxious? I’m anxious every minute of the day.

I’ve been like this for most of my life but this is the first time I’ve really questioned why that is?

I see everyone else and they seem so relaxed and in the moment? Lol.

It’s probably a vitamin deficiency or some shit

Just make sure to not put your mental health on the back burner. For the longest time I always thought I could manage my anxiety, and I did, but not in a beneficial way. Medication is something I never thought I’d need, but since using some to help my anxiety I feel SO MUCH BETTER. Definitely talk to someone about how you feel :-) Best of luck
I use to be anxious all the time bc I didn't feel in control of my life. Also having a terrible and distorted inner monologue.
@DarlingSelah oh I definitely don’t feel in control of my life
@DarlingSelah can you give me an example of your inner monologue?
@Pressure hmm. Like rampant negativity about everything. Thinking everyone hated me, thinking I was bad at everything, etc. I don't really remember anything soecific. It was a long time ago.

Sounds all too familiar. I don’t know about normal, but it seems more common than people think.

I'm not sure what is "normal" these days. All I know is I hate feeling anxious so if that was all the time it would be really horrible.

When you say you see everyone so relaxed sometimes I feel like that when I people watch but we don't truly know what everyone is going through.

It could be a number of factors making you anxious, my issues with alcohol was one of my factors, I've taken that out of my life and anxiety has reduced not gone away but reduced at least ☺️
People aren't necessarily relaxed. A lot of people have a good relaxed act just to navigate in this place. And, I doubt it's a vitamin deficiency.

I think it's more likely a deficiency of being aligned with the craziness of the goings on in this world. There's nothing wrong with you. It's just hard for normal people to live in this profoundly abnormal world.

It's normal in that lots of people feel the same way. But it's not the happy normal. Doctors would just medicate you. It might be better to do some psychological exercises with a professional or something? Sort of like gym work for the mind. They can be uplifting, revealing and strengthening.

I assure you, not everyone out there is so calm XD I struggle with severe anxiety and my inner monologue is running 24/7. Just know you're not alone and maybe try to get into some medication or therapy even, prioritize your mental health luvs. <3
No, it isn't normal and it's hurting you.
