I finished this season of the witcher awesome but until the last four episodes this would be the final season. I’m glad I was wrong, I didn’t like how the season ended.
I watched an episode today - actually, I herked and jerked my way through it just to see if I recognized any buildings. I'm almost convinced I saw a shot of an old bar I used to frequent affectionately called the Prince Eddy.
@HowtoDestroyAngels Derry’s pretty up there as well. I’ll get caught up on it this weekend. But I stopped watching the Witcher last season, and even then it was a struggle to get through. The first season was chef’s kiss though.
@AngelUnforgiven That’s one that was on my list but I never got around to. I recommend Bloodline if you haven’t watched it yet. Kyle Chandler is such a great actor.

@Dan193 Absentia is a thriller, with a female protagonist, which is probably my favorite genre in shows and movies. Victoria is a period piece, basically a soap opera, but I like the pageantry.
Grantchester is a British ITV detective drama set in the 1950s in the Cambridgeshire village of Grantchester. Its first series was broadcast in 2014. The series originally featured Anglican vicar Sidney Chambers (James Norton); subsequent series have featured vicar William Davenport (Tom Brittney) and vicar Alphy Kottaram (Rishi Nair). Each of them develops a sideline in sleuthing with the help of Detective Inspector Geordie Keating, played by Robson Green.
It's somewhat like a similar UK series called Father Brown.
