If I had more time,
I like (wholesome) fantasy adventure stuff...
But preferably audiobooks,
Dunno if that counts, lol

I've got intereat in Fantasy, Wuxia, Isekai, sci-fi and psycholigical fiction or philosophy. The breadth is kinda massive. My fav is Breakfast of champions by kurt vonnegut :)
ariannasly · 26-30, F
@twistedrope I love those genres too except I don't read philosophy much. What is your favorite isekai?
twistedrope · 26-30, M
@ariannasly Hm... Isekai is a tough genre. Its premise is pretty expansive. For book isekai, its "The legendary Mechanic" which I read all thousand chapters in a week or two. "Isaac" is a close second for being magical, funny and very dark. That MC is a soldier in a lost war who gets sent into a world with magic and just.. Comes to understand a different world.
For anime its "No longer allowed in another world." Which is dark, adorable and dark.

The KJV Bible and how the world works when it comes to minerals. Projects. Contractors. Political decisions. How to improve the world, at the sametime, how to not be greedy.
That's pretty much all I read whenever I have time.

Fantasy, SiFi, Mysteries, Historical Fiction. Really, anything that isn't young adult. A teenage hero? Are you kidding me? Have you actually met one? There isn't enough suspension of disbelief out there...

@AngelUnforgiven I have a very good series for You...
Harry Keogh is the man who can talk to the dead, the man for whom every grave willingly gives up its secrets, the one man who knows how to travel effortlessly through time and space to destroy the vampires that threaten all humanity.
In Necroscope, Harry is startled to discover that he is not the only person with unusual mental powers--Britain and the Soviet Union both maintain super-secret, psychically-powered espionage organizations. But Harry is the only person who knows about Thibor Ferenczy, a vampire long buried in the mountains of Romania--still horribly alive, in undeath--and Thibor's insane "offspring," Boris Dragosani, who rips information from the souls of the dead in a terrible, ever-lasting form of torture.
Somehow, Harry must convince Britain's E-Branch that only by working together can they locate and destroy Dragosani and his army of demonic warriors--before the half-vampire succeeds in taking over the world!
The first five books, published in the early 90's, make the Anne Rice Interview series seem tame by comparison.
