The two most qualified right now IMO are Harris and Amy Klobuchar. They are educated intelligent and have experience in government. Tammy Duckworth is qualified. She is a natural born US Citizen but being born in Thailand will be held against her.
Having said that I'm afraid America is still too racist and sexist to elect a woman. If Harris were a man with the same bio and qualifications he would be president today.
I'm no Clinton fan. I voted for her because choosing between her and trump it was a no brainer.
I still say experience is ⅘ths of the job. This is even evident with the dictator in chief. He has caused more damage the second around than the first time. His first term was a learning experience, where to do the most damage.
