Libs. . Do you really think we are going to allow you to continue indoctrinating our children with LBGT propaganda?
Like we don't see what you're doing. Children are impressionable. We see what you're doing. People see it and they're finally waking up ... and it's about d**n time. Trump 2024!
@DeluxedEdition Oh no, it's not Southerners that want to legalize child molestation. It's specifically Conservatives. And it's not just in Tennessee. They tried this in a few states.
I had a friend who came from a small provincial town.
He came out and had his first relationship with a man at 25.
Later he told me, that deep down he always knew what was in his nature but was in denial about it. Part of that denial stemmed from coming from a background where homosexuality was not accepted and people assumed that there was only one way to be. Instead of being happy, he'd carried guilt through his young adulthood. He'd tried to have relationships with women because he wanted to change his nature but he couldn't because he was gay. He was struggling to accept himself as a person.
Imagine having to go through that? Imagine wanting to put a child through that?
Educate young people about the world as it is. This shouldn't even be a political issue, it's about basic human decency.
"These types of people exist. We should respect them." Is apparently now indoctrination. Is there any context with which we can inform children about the world around them or should we just stop teaching history and social studies as well?
You do not have the right to tell others what they should believe or what they should accept.
LGBT+ isn't a belief, if you stopped believing in LGBT+ people, they'd still be around so it's obviously not a belief and a real thing. If kids can learn heterosexuals exist and their relationships, then it's not a belief where kids learn about LGBT+ people who are apart of life whether you like it or not. It's no different than learning any other subject in school so yes we actually have a right to educate anyone we want to.
A lot of parents here are pulling their kids out of school and home schooling. There is no reason to teach a kid in kindergarden about sex. We really need to go back to 1950's family values IMHO.
@Tinkles i find that so hard to believe to have happened in the UK, where they cannot even teach Y5 kids about periods without written parental consent.
@BabyLonia nope it definitely happened, I know one of the mums from the class. So believe that these groups are going into schools.
Obviously that was an extreme example and multiple failings or disregard of the system but I was alarmed these groups are in schools. I confirmed it with a friend who works in a secondary school.
@sunsporter1649 Exactly, keep leftist propaganda out of classrooms also. The class is not a place for that type of indoctrination. We send our children to school to learn about history, science, language, math, etc. Not LBGT culture!
Tell us - what do trolls really eat? I heard it's the patience of thinking people, but my friend says you guys draw energy from the shame heaped on you. Which is it?
Hey genius? If you think being exposed to the fact that LGBT people exist magically turns people gay or trans how come that doesn't work in reverse?
If this was even remotely possible gay kids would magically become straight by being bombarded by an overwhelmingly heteronormative culture across the board.
But then believing what you suggest requires believing in magic so it doesn't have to make sense.
@sunsporter1649 So I'm right. I can condemn sexual assault, no matter who does it. But you won't condemn the Republican effort to legalize child marriage.
@sunsporter1649 I just said that if this happened, I condemn it. This person should be in jail for sexual assault. Do you condemn the Republicans in Kentucky and Tennessee who tried to legalize child marriage?
Republican says that kids are very mature and that's why she opposed ending child marriage even though it was reported much older men were marrying 12 13 year olds.
So how much attention do you need dude? Follow up. Is every Trump supporter gutless? Have you all chosen fear as your path? So weak. Can't relate. Maybe you can educate the class.
@basilfawlty89 There is also the awkward part where the GOP went on a rant about child marriage and blamed the Democrats (of course) when the top states that allow it are a swing state that is known around the world for allowing you to marry basically anyone and all the other states in the top 5 are deep red states. Heck the only blue state at all in the top 10 is California which could probably be explained by questionable choices by child actors in Hollywood.
@LeopoldBloom I read an article recently about some cases of heterosexual parents grooming their kids to marry to older men quite early in states where it is allowed. It was in one of the links I shared but the representatives were saying that's why they wanted to introduce a bill in the first place by which repubs shut down under the guise of parents rights 😂😂
@SatanBurger Remember when that Duck Dysentery pervert recommended that older men marry 15 year old girls, because "they'll pluck yer ducks?" Imagine if a gay spokesman like Dan Savage had recommended that other gay men go after teenage boys because they're more compliant and will perform disgusting tasks without complaint?
@RocktheHouse Do you understand the difference between sex and love? In schools a 5 year old would be taught about family units and relationships and how all family units are valued so all children are valued. You no longer have the family unit of one mum and one dad, but now have kids in single parent families, kids with step parents, kids raised by grandparents, mixed race families, kids raised by 2 dads or 2 mums....and all are accepted. A 5 year old would be taught about that. And then when they are older and taught sex ed, these relationships would be discussed again....but not in the sexual sense. Kids are only taught about heterosexual sex and reproduction. Gay sex does not feature at all.
So really you are flapping your wings over nothing
