Do you think Vice President Vance will be our next US President?

If trump dies in office then yes.
Otherwise no, because he would run as a republican.
TexChik · F
I think Rubio will be the man , VP Vance has said publicly he isn’t interested in running .

Marco Rubio

Apparently, the one thing you'll need, to become president, is not competence, and it is not experience either (in fact experience will damage your reputation!) – it's charisma. You'll have to make people believe you're Wonder Wart-Hog, you're Mr. Fixit. The nation is in deep sh*t, and you are the one who can "make America great again" (or France, or the UK).
In my personal opinion, Vance is a only a subservient second-row guy – what the GOP needs is another TV personality, admired by each and every couch potato.

@helenS And you think its different any where else?
If look back in history all the way to the colonization, who was the main influence then?
helenS · 36-40, F
@Adrift
And you think its different any where else?
Absolutely not. That's not specific to the US in any way. Quite on the contrary, the American Republic has lasted for 250 years now, and it is still a republic!
And, regarding your question, I think the main influence came from great men like James Madison.

@helenS please you libs and corruption go hand in hand . If we make sure there’s no cheating , libs don’t win
AbbeyRhode · F
I hope so. 🙏

Most likely, whether he wins the election or not..😷
Depends on which version of DJ Vance emerges. The one who said the following might have a chance: "Trump is cultural heroin. He makes some feel better for a bit. But he cannot fix what ails them, and one day they'll realize it." The Vance who once said in a message that Trump could end up being "America's Hitler," could win in a post-tRump world.

But the Vance who negotiated tRump's surrender to Iran, the Vance who agreed with paying Iran $300 billion and letting them keep their enriched uranium, that Vance has no future.

Possible... Between a subservient SCOTUS and a compliant DOJ and the threat of reds under the bed.... Plus a liberal dose of Alice in wonderland thrown in, anything's possible

I don't think so. He's better than Newscum or AOC or any of that ilk but hopefully the democrats will come to their senses with someone like Fetterman, the only one I have seen with any sense. But we've got to get rid of all extreme politicians on both sides and nominate people with common sense. These extremist platforms are the reason few want to vote. Been a long time since I voted FOR anyone. Just stuck selecting the lesser among evils.
Tastyfrzz · 61-69, M
Fat chance. More likely he will be a sofa salesman.
Nightwings · F
@Tastyfrzz You guys really think everything's just gonna go back to normal 🫣

I believe Trump will campaign for him and he will continue the MAGA Party and he will be our next US President. I won't vote for him. Now maybe Marco Rubio?
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
Only if Trump dies or gets 25th amendmented. He'll never, ever get elected on his own, he says, hopefully.
NeddyKelly · M
JD Vance will win by a landslide, not even Americans are that insane to elect AOC or let the Kamala "salad" Harris run again
auris · M
How things are going i am making zero bets.

Nikki Haley says she is not running, that is a shame.
HumanEarth · F
Don't care - It don't matter who vote for. The system is rigged.

If you don't like my answer - too bad. Not changing my mind
Subsumedpat · 41-45, M
Not a chance
Sidewinder · 36-40, M
I don't know and frankly, I don't want to know.

I don't, but then again, look at the total embarrassment currently being as stupid as ever... so who knows.
