What do you dread about the Summer heat?

Just always being hot! Having to shower sometimes twice a day. Not wanting to use the oven because you don't wanna add extra heat in the house. The astronomical AC bill. I don't like summer very much at all.

Worrying about my mother's health.

Sleeplessness.

Getting soaked in sweat just getting out of my car & going into stores and going back to my car with groceries etc. and then driving home & unloading them is bad enough for me to get soaked in sweat…like yesterday and I only went to one store. Got my groceries inside and had to sit down and cool off with a cold drink.

Also the electric bills in the summer. I’m grateful to have air conditioning because there was a good decade that I had none. But the electric company has increased rates or tacked on fees one after another the past 4 years. My last electric bill is about $30 more than last year’s highest bill and this last bill I used less electricity.

Everything. I want to go North for the summer.

I have lived in it all my life, so it's not a problem for me. The winter chill? That's what I hate.

Sweating

Hate biking up steep hills when it’s very hot. With the heat blasting off road.

Every time I go outside for a walk, it feels like an anchor.

Trying to keep my eyes on the road as I drive past scanty clad women.

Humidity..ughhhh. it makes me dehydrate quicker.

Nothing. I dread the winter cold.

Nothing. People bleed on about heatwaves when it’s frankly just a nice sunny day.

Wait until it’s winter and everyone has something different but the Dane to complain about.

We've already had a 118 degree day this summer. I dread a 120 degree day

I'm in the southeastern US - it's the humidity coupled with the heat.

When it gets so hot the AC stops working

Insects and a couple of hours watering the garden.

I grew up in a hot climate and I kinda like it.
