What do you do when you feel depressed?

I am now.
Work is in 01 hour.
Dunno how to handle this feeling before leaving home.

Just talk to someone for some positive energy. Start making plans for evening or tomorrow.. just dreams.

Find new chat partners to get some conversation going.. as it can help change our mood as we start to answer questions that engage our mind to something new..

It depends. If I have something to do or somewhere to go I carry on and do the thing. Taking a shower or listening to some uplifting music can help me get started on the day.

Sounds like you might need tome off? I don't know how that sort of thing works where you live, but it's no good to you or them to be completely exhausted all the time
