Does anyone have sleep remedies?

I can’t sleep, my sleeping schedule’s been a mess for like 2 months now. Does anyone have tips to fall asleep quicker??

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!, I managed to sleep 5 hours and my dad is getting me melatonin supplements.

I think I’ll take those but then also try out the suggestions in the comments to see if doing both makes me sleep quicker. :3

Go to bed same time every night
Get out of bed the same time
Use the bed to sleep only
Black out all light (can wear sleeping mask)
Sleep naked
Elevate feet
Reduce heat at bedtime
Take melatonin (helps fall asleep but not stay asleep)
Google plants that help with sleep and put a couple in your room
Sleep sounds playing
Change sheets once a week if not more
Use good quality sheets and mattress

No caffeine after 7pm.
Turn the lights down low an hour before bed.
Have a comfortable place to sleep. Blanket and pillow.
May have to try some White noise.
Turn the fan on.
Try a warm glass of milk with honey.
Only use your bed for sleeping. Don't read or use your device whilst your laying in it.

Turn off the blue light on your phone and laptop. Yes, it will look hideous at first(more dull), but it's easier on the eyes

This works for me: lay flat on your back on top of the covers stiff as a board with your hands tight by your sides [i]but position your head where your feet would be and your feet at the top end where the pillow is.[/i] You'll get sleepy - or fed up - in no time. Then you slowly get in a normal sleep position under the covers.
