Does anyone have sleep remedies?

I can’t sleep, my sleeping schedule’s been a mess for like 2 months now. Does anyone have tips to fall asleep quicker??

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!, I managed to sleep 5 hours and my dad is getting me melatonin supplements.

I think I’ll take those but then also try out the suggestions in the comments to see if doing both makes me sleep quicker. :3

No caffeine after 7pm.
Turn the lights down low an hour before bed.
Have a comfortable place to sleep. Blanket and pillow.
May have to try some White noise.
Turn the fan on.
Try a warm glass of milk with honey.
Only use your bed for sleeping. Don't read or use your device whilst your laying in it.
