If I had to choose, it would be assisted suicide like they do for the terminally ill. It's made to be a painless as possible. But we don't really get to choose how we die as that's kinda up to fate. But if it were legal, I'd live for a very long time and then do that when i felt ready.
Don't get me wrong, I'd go as far as I can go but it's nice to have a choice.

this question, to me, is akin to: how do you want a dream to end? here, rn, in reality: does it really matter. i cant remember the last time i spent more than 5 mins dwelling on a dream, wishing it ended differently

Quickly. But with aging comes problems. Cancer treatments should allow assisted suicide. They just want to bleed your insurance company before sending you home to die.
