I know a lot of people who have had heart attacks and never knew they had them ...i get chest pains and take rennies and it seem to help...your pains could not be anything serious but if they continue i would go somewhere...good luck

Things like that are scary especially Sepsis. My former colleague's gone back to her home country her sister has had Sepsis recently.

While it could be nothing (another typical male here) You really should get checked out at least by your GP early next week. It could be refered pain from something else quite serious..😷

could be a panic attack but it could be a small heart attack

enough to cause a little pain and some damage to your heart tissue

it'd be a good idea to go to the ER or A&E -

could be a warning sign before the big one comes.

An esophageal spasm caused by acid reflux could mimic that pain, as could coronary artery disease. Next attack, try some Mylanta. If the symptoms stop immediately, you need an acid reducer. If they go merrily on...go to a fire station and ask that they do a 12-lead EKG on you.

It might be costochondritis, which is an inflammation of the cartilage between the ribs. The pain can increase if you take a deep breath. It's a generally harmless (though annoying) condition.

Idk why you're so hellbend on being a typical male, as you call it. Neglecting yourself isn't manly. Just get it checked, and get your general health checked too; you could have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, who knows. Get yourself some peace of mind. 💚

That sounds like gas symptoms. Gas can be very uncomfortable.

Heart attacks, most often, are a crushing pain in your chest. You might feel like you are going to throw up and poop and be covered in sweat all at the same time.
