I wish I knew what a heart attack feels like.

I have a chest pain that was rather uncomfortable for an hour.
It has eased off now to be almost non existent.
The pain was a band across my chest almost in line with the middle of my heart.
No other symptoms.
When I press on the area it feels like it would if there was bruising there.
I have done nothing to cause this bruising like pain.
More so on the side of my left ribs.
No, I am not going to ring for an ambulance (typical male).
It is 11.30 pm Saturday.

could be a panic attack but it could be a small heart attack

enough to cause a little pain and some damage to your heart tissue

it'd be a good idea to go to the ER or A&E -

could be a warning sign before the big one comes.

@Pretzel I don't have panic attacks.
When I press on the area it feels a little painful.
Will see what it is like in the morning
