To give good health advice to a person, you have to know more about this person first.

I'd recommend talking to a doctor, nutritionist, or someone else qualified. If you care about your health.

And if not...?

Well, be wary of old men just trying to get into your inbox so they can eventually turn the conversation into sex.

True enough, but my question has been answered differently depending on the dietitian. I kind of want to hear about real results. @caccoon

@KelXtraAF I hope you can find some! Sorry for being pessimistic
KelXtraAF · 31-35, F
@caccoon No, it’s ok. Just was hoping for some inspirational stories. I’ve talked to professionals. I have the gist, just wanted to see what was going good for others. Guess others thought it was an excuse to be a jerk.

You mean a doctor?

@deadgerbil I have the original commenter blocked, so it won't let me reply to your pictures in the right place. I wanted to thank you for them. Funny stuff.

@SW-User no I mean somebody who has went through the process since apparently medical professionals have different studies.

@KelXtraAF Which process are we talking here?

Nothing can be a long term or permanent solution.. which means you need to alternate.. what you maybe doing can be good for now but the body will not react the same way as it gets used to the few things. So get into seasonal programs to make your body thinking all the time.

@in10RjFox It's not often I see something new but I really like this:
get into seasonal programs to make your body thinking all the time.
I do this to a degree anyway but focusing on this is new to me.

@GeniUs good that it caught your attention.

You're going for a walk you're already on the right track. Also fresh water is good for you too and non processed foods, fruit, veg etc. I'm sorry that's boring but go back to basics and you'll generally feel a lot better.

If you don't trust doctors try asking your local witch, she might have some info about it.

Best you can do is listen to your body and readjust accordingly. Long term solutions might not work because 1. your body changes over time and 2. it will get used to whatever you're doing.

Don’t know if you’ve been recommended to have a vitamin done. It really helped me a lot with my depression when I got my vitamin levels to the right level. I also did a kidney cleans which worked really well for my blood oxygen levels and my low testosterone

Seem what I see working is no, to very little ,carbs.. that includes vegetables and fruit. Tons of water.

I wouldn't say I'm particularly good, but I know some diet stuff,if that's what it's about.

What is your issue?
KelXtraAF · 31-35, F
Just trying to get inspirational stories so I don’t get defeated as easily. I’m really trying my best. @TexChik
TexChik · F
@KelXtraAF so you aren’t ill or afflicted? No health issues?
KelXtraAF · 31-35, F
I’m not completely sure. Something feels off, but all my tests come back normal. I do have GERD and stomach issues though. @TexChik

deadgerbil · 22-25
@empanadas and if you don't believe him, too bad. Do your own research you sheep 😂
KelXtraAF · 31-35, F
@empanadas I was hoping to hear inspirational true stories. Thought this place was for different types of experiences not just my sex.

I have a recommended 1730 calories a day. I’m usually still hungry even when adding protein and fiber. I work out 6 days a week, 3 weights and cardio, 3 strictly cardio. These are about 40-60 minutes a day. I stopped drinking soda and have really been watching what I eat. Nothing seems to be working though. I lost 17 really fast then nothing since then even when changing up my exercise. Some are telling me to go to 1500 calories a day, but I would literally die. @serenecourt101

@serenecourt101 I started at 235, last I looked I was between 216-218 (it keeps going back and forth). I would like to eventually get to get to my prepregnancy weight of 150, but I’m 8 years older and know that’s a huge weight loss and too far to feel fulfilling. I am just wanting to get under 200 now. I can tell a difference in stamina, but don’t see a body difference. I’m currently around 1730 calories a day per recommendation which is difficult sometimes. I work out 6 days a week. 3 strength training, 3 cardio. The strength training days I do 30 mins of cardio and 30 of the strength. Cardio I do 60 mins.
