Is there anybody on here particularly good with health advice?

I have started a few things and have seen results! However, some articles I read are discouraging in long term solutions. Please let me know if you can help me and I will reach out to you after my walk!

@SW-User no I mean somebody who has went through the process since apparently medical professionals have different studies.
