They do work, but you have to be sure you have his attention first. And get to the point rapidly. If you tsttle on and on and on, you will lose his attention very fast.

Oh they work alright...mine tend to tune out a bit after the first three hours of "female instruction" though..

They get clogged up with semen. You have to relieve the pressure often for them to work properly..

Not that most people have anything worth hearing. It requires fine tuning.
