@Lackwittyname For miso ramen, lets do Doenjang Jjigae from Korea. It is also made with a soybean paste, and is a stew. Usually with a choice of protein, tofu and veggies.

Wolf Fang Potatoes are commonly sold alongside it on the streets, it's basically crispy crinkle-cut potato fries tossed with spices.

@AntisocialTroll Thai/Indian pickled mangoes - It's from unripped mangoes which gives it a sour taste, and usually dipped in spices and sugar. if you ever had a Green papaya salad, it's similar to that.
