@Lackwittyname For miso ramen, lets do Doenjang Jjigae from Korea. It is also made with a soybean paste, and is a stew. Usually with a choice of protein, tofu and veggies.

@Cigarguy101 Moussaka from Greece. It's DELICIOUS. There's layers of eggplant, spiced ground meat, and creamy béchamel sauce. Imagine lasagna but more Mediterranean.
@Jexie Agua Fresca de Sandía - Mexico, Imagine a watermelon flavored lemonade, that's pretty much what it is. Literally watermelon juice blended with water, lime, and a hint of sugar.
@MartinTheFirst Roujiamo and Wolf Fang Potatoes - China, It's basically braised pork stuffed in a flatbread that's very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Wolf Fang Potatoes are commonly sold alongside it on the streets, it's basically crispy crinkle-cut potato fries tossed with spices.
@LadyInBlack looks good, curry is what helped me get my appetite back when I was halfway through chemo, I opted for the lowest heat Thai curry but it was still pretty spicy.
@itsok Peperonata from Italy. It's basically sweet bell peppers slowly cooked with onions and tomatoes. You usually eat it on bread or pasta, maybe with a side of kale :)
@AntisocialTroll Thai/Indian pickled mangoes - It's from unripped mangoes which gives it a sour taste, and usually dipped in spices and sugar. if you ever had a Green papaya salad, it's similar to that.

@Darksideinthenight2 Kaya Toast with Soft-Boiled Eggs and a side of coffee from Singapore :)))) It's Toast with a very unique sweet coconut jam + butter. Served it with savory soy-sauced eggs (great for dipping the toast or just eating it by itself) and coffee.
