This was last night dinner and I had left overs for breakfast, with baked potatos and mustard greens
We had roasted guinea pig on the grill last night. These animals were alive yesterday morning.
Don't worry we also eat rabbit, frogs, possum, crawdads, goat, sheep. If was alive we most likely will eat it.

@HumanEarth I was about to do lechón, but then felt like it's probably familiar from your culture. So let's do Crispy Pigeon from China. The skin is so crispy that it crackles (similar to crispy pork skin, but much much thinner and delicate), and the meat is moist and flavorful tastes similar to duck.
