Half a sack of oranges can make a decent flail that wont leave bruises. Frozen proggies are great sling ammo. Frozen berries can be used as more of a buckshot. Captured enemies can look forward to a minestrone water boarding. Bag of flour can make a smoke screen. A full fish is a classic to be slapped up side the head with. Potatoes already have cannons invented for them. You can suffocate a person with a cucumber if you sneak up on them when there yawning or something. A full size tender loin with a good wind up can knock somone out of their shoes. If you have a catapult there are siege melons. The possibilities are endless.
