Aww I’m sorry he turns down your offers to hang out and that you haven’t really gotten to see your nieces much. I have two brothers and we are all three very different. My oldest brother is the smart one and sounds similar to your brother really. And then my other brother is the polar opposite and well I don’t want to rant on about him lol but he has undesirable behavior really. And then I’m somewhere in the middle lol. My oldest brother won’t even hardly talk to our other brother or allow him at his house. I talk to both of them but not a lot really. It is what it is. But I hope you can develop some sort of relationship with your brother and nieces. Don’t give up!

Sorry that i half read your question. My mind is like racing this morning. We are all very different but have a lot in common, with the exception of 1 brother who is a musician he plays bass guitar. All of the rest of us are either in law enforcement or the medical field. We have 3 nurses, a bouty hunter, a 911 dispatcher, 2 sheriffs, and med tech. And we lost 3.

I have two younger brothers.

1. The one I am closest to. We're 5 years apart. We fought like hell as kids. He was loud, willful, a comedian, and disobedient. I was shy, well-behaved, socially awkward, and never got into trouble. The older we got though, we actually became friends. He's still to this day the one I call when I'm upset or just need someone who gets my inside jokes.

2. We are 10 yrs apart so we didn't bicker like some siblings, but basically we are the same person. Same interests, same tastes, same politics, even the same personality (quiet and bookish) except he is FAR smarter than me and a lot more sarcastic.

i was an only child but my BF has lots of siblings. they all treat me like one of them. they are all different. one is a boxer who just competed in a competition, one is really into warhammer and has a huge collection, my BF is the quiet reserved one. some even have kids of their own.

seeing him with all his siblings, nieces and nephews makes me wish i had those growing up.

I'm the youngest, my parents together had 5, of which I'm the youngest, he had 11 before i was born my mom was his 6th wife so i have half siblings . So I'm his 12th and youngest.

Im estranged from one of my brothers. At least yours will talk to you. Maybe just have a conversation about how you are feeling. People do get busy and maybe he doesn’t realize how important he is to you.

Instead of waiting for him, why don't you just turn up at his place? That way, even if your brother doesn't feel social, you could at least spend some time with your nieces!

Wednesday nights are usually quiet nights. I'll bet they would not be out and about.

My brother is successful, earns a lot, travels a lot for work, has a wife and a little kid.
Not having my life figured out at all would be an understatement for me. One thing that's different for me is that I don't want to be with him and his family at all.

My older brother looks wise an 8/10 maybe higher in his specific genre (Teddyboy/Rockerbilly/1950s)

My sister is three years older and likes to travel, goes all out to decorate her house for holidays, and hates snakes. I like to stay close to home, decorate however my wife forces me to decorate, and love snakes. (Sis still refuses to forgive me for chasing her with a dead eastern diamondback rattlesnake.)

I sister was calm, funny mothering and sweet. She never got upset or worked up like I do.

He’s probably just really busy .. i have three brothers and a sister.. people who don't know me well think I'm my sister ..

What do you do for a living now? Have you ever thought about going to collage now? I know it might feel a bit odd to do so late in life, but maybe it's what you need?

Your sibling has a similar contempt for you. Don't wait for him to be inconvenienced by having to hide your remains.

I have a haft brother and sister and I have only seen them once in the last 25 year's.

I am incredibly different in every way.
