What It's Like for Women...

Ughhhh...I've been holding in a big fart for like 6 hours and I feel like I'm literally going to explode! 😅💣💥 I hate that feeling so much! But if it comes out, I'll be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo embarrassed, so hold it in I must! Hurts so much at this point i can't even think about anything else! 😅🤣

Go to the bathroom and flush to drown out the noise. That can’t be healthy to hold it in that long

I don't believe anyone can hold a fart in for 6 hours tbh.
You must have used or need to use the toilet in a 6 hour period unless you are asleep.

Holding a fart reabsorbs methane and nitrogen into the blood stream that increases toxicity of the blood and is detrimental. Worse case do the old cough oops or go for a fart walk into the hallway. Save yourself haha

Or you could just run outside for a minute, find an alley and have at it.
