Small meals, lots of green vegetables! [I Eat Healthy]

I prefer smaller meals, not too much to eat! I like green vegetables! Broccoli, cabbage, spring greens, French beans and peas. I like juices rather than pop, and I have skimmed milk.

The shop is downstairs!

After living in an apartment some distance from my shop I did up the flat above and moved in about four months ago! It's a nice little flat, snug and warm, and now I literally get up and go downstairs and I'm at work!

A Screwdriver please!

Possibly my favourite cocktail is a Screwdriver, basically fresh orange juice and vodka, over ice. The vodka just had to be Russian Standard, a vodka I particularly like.
