A Degree in Graphic Art, but yet i am an apothecary and herbalist!
I have always been artistic. I expressed myself from a young age through drawing and painting, and girlfriends always asked me to do their make-up for them. I went to university and gained a degree in graphic art. But I have found a true expression of so much more in herbalism and opening my apothecary and serving the community of people who prefer the alternative, and age old remedy to ailments, here in the Ardennes forest in southern Belgium.
My creative talent has given me the ability to work with wild herbs, and those I grow myself, and spices to help people here using ancient remedies to cure themselves or manage personal problems and for them to clean and salve their bodies of things the medical profession finds nothing true to remedy. But I have not set myself up as a competition to modern medicine in some foolhardy venture because I am not medically trained, and some people have serious problems they should consult a doctor of medicine about.
