The pandemic5 years on from lockdown and people seem to forget that Covid-19 has NOT gone away. Its still here and always will be , unless a vaccine is developed that totally eradicates it. In my line of work we are required to have a booster jab every year.
I want to pay my respectsTo the 97 people that went to a football match at Hilsborough on this day in 1989 and never came home. 97 people whos lives were cut short. 97 families that lost a loved one in the most horrific circumstances. Heartbreaking. May they rest in peace.

Coping with a mental disorderLiving and coping with mental illness is tough. People turn to drugs or alcohol to deal with it. Other people use sex to cope. I tend to lock myself away with a puzzle book or binge watch documentaries
