Talk therapy does not work neither does shoving a bunch of pills in your mouth. When I came home from the sandbox the best thing that ever helped me was time alone in the Great Outdoors pursuing my passion of hunting and the love unconditional love of a small animal. Those are just the facts

There needs to be more done for personal health and safety it's an issue that needs to be highlighted more ..
