Best way to lose weight fast?

I need to lose weight and fast. I want to see what people have tried and have been successful at.

This is the old Women's Olympic Ski Team Diet. It actually does make you lose 20 lbs in two weeks if you stick to it. I did it during college with a friend of mine. She got very constipated, and I did not.

Monday
Breakfast: Grapefruit, two eggs, clear tea or coffee
Lunch: Two eggs, tomatoes, clear tea or coffee
Dinner: Two eggs, combination salad, one piece of dry toast, clear tea or coffee

Tuesday
Breakfast: Same
Lunch: Two eggs, grapefruit, tea or coffee
Dinner: Steak, olives, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, clear tea or coffee

Wednesday
Breakfast: Same
Lunch: Two eggs, spinach, tea or coffee
Dinner: Two lamb chops, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, clear tea or coffee

Thursday
Breakfast: Same
Lunch: Two eggs, spinach, tea or coffee
Dinner: Two eggs, cottage cheese, cabbage, one piece of dry toast, tea or coffee

Friday
Breakfast: Same
Lunch: Two eggs, spinach, tea or coffee
Dinner: Steak, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, clear tea or coffee

Saturday
Breakfast: Same
Lunch: Fruit salad (put anything in it and eat as much as you want), clear tea or coffee (meaning no sugar/cream)
Dinner: Steak (lean), celery, cucumber, tomatoes, clear tea/coffee

Sunday
Breakfast: Same
Lunch: Cold chicken, tomatoes, grapefruit
Dinner: Chicken, tomatoes, grapefruit, carrots, cabbage, clear tea or coffee

REPEAT FOR THE SECOND WEEK!

Logic is very simple but process in difficult. You gained weight by intaking more calories in form of carbohydrates & fats, and burnt less calories. Now do the opposite to lose weight.

1. Diet/Calorie control. That doesn't means starving yourself. Just stop the excess calories. Take the required one as per your workout routine. Almost stop fats, but take moderate carbohydrates, reduce carbs slowly.
2. Start burning calories with easy exercises like walking, yoga, pranayama, light exercises.
3. After six months of losing weight, you can increase the level of exercises, and can try for specific fat spots.

First two steps seems simple but if adopted in life style, you will see the difference.

Don't rush to lose the weight, you didn't gained it that fast, so should not be expecting to lose fast.

Slow & steady wins the race, applies here too.

Keto will do it but they say to only do it a few weeks. Some get really constipated if they stay on it too long.

I’d say no carbs or sugars. Strictly a protein diet.

Count calories. Keep track of everything you eat and reduce your intake.

Regular exercise can help too but I mention diet first because it is the primary factor in whether your weight goes up, down, or stays the same.

First I cut out pastries, desserts.

Second I cut out dairy.

Moderate exercise of at least 1/2 hour a day.

When the diet and exercise work I consider adding them back in the diet at moderate levels.
Elliptical. Steady-state cardio. Put that thing in front of a TV and before you realize it 45 minutes have gone by 🏃‍♀‍➡ Combine that with a slight calorie deficit and you'll see results fast.

Watch what you eat and drink. Going to the gym etc is good but it will be very hard to run away from a bad diet and or gluttony. Weight loss starts at the dinner table
Try a walking program like 20 minutes per day if you can go longer than that's good.
Don't eat beef, it's fattening..

I lose about 5 pounds a month doing Keto. That was true over six months without much exercise. Adding exercise could do a little more.
