@SW-User I figure it's common sense. I finally figured that out hahaha I told myself it's just common sense and it is. Cut out the carbs and keep them under like 25 a day and cut out soda and junk food, sugar, and a person just can't help but lose weight. Especially with walking or lifting weights like you do. You've got a great start already. 👍

@thinkingoutloud Depends on the level of sorting I want to do. 😅 If it only means making a few backups, then I'm fine but if I should decide what to delete, that might be a problem because I always feel like I might use it sometimes in future. And this goes to previous years too. There's so much digital clutter here. 🙈

I'll always have people who misunderstand me. I should pay them little attention, but be kind. When that doesn't work, be kind to myself. I have someone I like a lot on here reaching out to me here, I know how it happened and not how it did other than someone's words spoke to me emotionally, and I found myself giving to them something just as emotional....
