You are having mild heart attacks, i had those for weeks before my widowmaker..get to the er.

Heartlander · 80-89, M
There are probably medical sites on the internet that help identify pain/discomfort with physical issues. Like a heart attack feels like this, and a obstruct bile duct feels like that, and a kidney stone .... etc.

If you do check them out I suggest doing so from the waiting room of an urgent care facility. A close relative thought she was having food poison and went to an urgent care facility where she was diagnosed with a SCAD, a spontaneous coronary artery dissection. An emergency condition that occurs when a tear forms in a wall of a heart artery.

@samueltyler2 On-line Doctors are our future, they haven't yet arrived yet they will shortly.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@senghenydd good luck with that. I ran a medical telephone hit line, i know the limitations. AI may help but never replace the bedside physician.
senghenydd · M
@samueltyler2 Please don't think A1 is any use, there is a A1 mode on my smart phone I used that mode only to have to quickly turn it off. If in any doubt go and see the Doctor of course.

Are you feeling subconsciously worried or anxious over anything? Sometimes panic or anxiety can mimic heart attack and chest pain or tightness. If you think you are completely calm, I'd see an urgent care doctor soon. There are plans and you don't want it to get to a full fledged heart attack, when it might be prevented now. I'd take an aspirin too, people are told in an actual heart event to take one because it thins the blood a small amount .
ThesebootsRhungry · 46-50, F
I'd get it checked out. It could be heart related. The sooner the better. I had similar things happening to me and my doctor ordered a heart monitor. I hope you get it resolved asap.

Try not to stress. Relax if you can. I know it's hard but find something soothing to listen too or whatever soothes you. Self care.
TrunkZ · 56-60, M
Only a doctor can diagnose and treat properly. The heartburn when laying down does sound like acid reflux/GERD for which a medication like nexium could help.

You should go to the doctor promptly though to get checked out.
Northerner · 70-79, M
I had similar problems time back I was told I had a Hiatus hernia. Cured with drugs. Good luck
ArishMell · 70-79, M
"Heartburn" is a symptom of something called "acid reflux" - stomach contents coming back up into the oesophagus, and that can be controlled by over-the-counter remedies.

Otherwise you should see your doctor.

Social media sites are not the place to obtain proper medical diagnoses.
I certainly hope you get to feel better soon. It could be your blood pressure is too high, stress, or angina. Take care of yourself and get well soon.

Take 2 baby aspirin first, just in case. THEN dissolve 1/2 tsp of baking soda in 6 oz of water, stir, and drink it down. You should burp up any gas trapped in there in about 5 minutes. If the pain gets better, it was gas.
turningthekeys · 31-35, F
Ummmm. You need to go to your GP. Get an ECG. Stress testing. That's a very suspicious pain.
senghenydd · M
When you finally get to you bottom of this let us all know what was the problem.
GerOttman · 61-69, M
It could be coxafloppzen, maybe you could ask a doctor. try find one with a German accent!
Could be a heart attack. See a doctor as soon as you can.
WillaKissing · 56-60, M
Okay hang out at home and wine about it online or be smart and go to a hospital and tell them.

Call an ambulance just do it!
go and see a doctor , they could be signs of a heart condition
senghenydd · M
Did you see a Doctor, did you get to the bottom of the problem.

@GerOttman

Maybe the little bloke in the picture caught him, he knocks on everyone's door eventually.
GerOttman · 61-69, M
@samueltyler2 that would be an odd sort of thing to fabricate...
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@GerOttman hey, this is SW!
turningthekeys · 31-35, F
And if it's happening right now, go to ER.
@turningthekeys
It’s been pretty constant for most of the past week
turningthekeys · 31-35, F
@Telcontar you need to rule out angina and heart attack
@turningthekeys
I’m rolling the dice on this one
Prolly just a heart attack.. no biggie..
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout
I’m thinking the same thing
goliathtree · 56-60, M
acid reflux.
@catastrophecarnival
I don’t like those places and I don’t have any insurance.
This has been going on for a while now.
I’m hoping it will subside soon
turningthekeys · 31-35, F
@Telcontar we can't rely on health issues to just subside. Health problems always return. Best to nip them in the bud. Less expensive that way.
@Telcontar I understand but it sounds like you need to see a doctor ...there are payment plans that they can work with you on that
Orca4950 · 70-79, M
Could also be a gall bladder attack
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
Please go to doctor
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
Have you still not seen a physician?
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
