Anyone ever had chicken pox as a child, that turned to shingles as an adult?
So i was 7 when i got chicken pox...i had shingles in 2022 after a stressful event in my life.

Yep, got chicken pox when I was in preschool, then, oddly enough, got shingles when I was 30 right after getting my flu shot.

@Mamapolo2016 no this is my first time having it this bad. Last time i had it wasnt painful, just itchy. Took oatmeal bath and used calmine lotion, this time its all down my leg from calf to ankle

My mother had shingles seven years ago, she was in severe pain, and she's allergic to opiates and had to deal with it
