Anyone ever had chicken pox as a child, that turned to shingles as an adult?

So i was 7 when i got chicken pox...i had shingles in 2022 after a stressful event in my life.
Anyone else had this happen?

I had the pox when i was a kid and the shingles when my hub listed our house for sale online in 2020 they say stress can trigger it
