I have chicken pox as a baby because my sister got it when she was 7.
I think I had a subcutaneous version of shingles back in 2023 because I had the worst nerve pain in my upper right arm that took months to go away.
The Dr said it wasn't, but she also never actually saw what was happening when it was happening, so I sort of discredit her diagnosis, but I did get the vaccine just in case it wasn't.
