Drink a ton of water and be mindful of what I ingest, especially unnecessary negative vibes that are easily avoidable by just hitting the X button or walking away. But also I partake in all of the above. I find that even though it should, exercising doesn’t do much to improve my emotional health. I noticed some time ago the physical benefits are there but the mental ones not so much. Don’t know what that’s about. A lot of things feel like a bandaid for my emotional health but none of them teach me how to improve it at the source. They do have their place though. So what I’ve embraced when the timing is right is not shy away from a crippling fall that could end up shaking me to my core. Letting myself slip so I can find the fight and ingenuity to create new mental pathways that could prevent the really drastic slipping in the first place is really up there for me improving it all together.

@MySpiritEvolves Oh, my heart. I know every person’s journey is unique, but I do feel your pain regarding your furry baby. Was on that roller coaster myself and man, did it beat the tar out of me in so many ways. Stay strong through this trying chapter, but definitely don’t shy away from turning that strength off so you can pause the fight to just enjoy this precious time you have with her. Every minute we have with these angels is precious. But the ones in their final chapter, even more so.

You’re doing this thing called life right. Keep shining your light and being open to it in return. There’s a ton of it out there just waiting to reach you ☮️

@PerfectionOfTheHeart Thank you so much it is quite difficult but she is a fighter and is doing amazing. I am just not ready to live my life without her. Pets are spirit guides in disguise 💖

@MySpiritEvolves Completely understand. That’s a unique and beautiful bond to have.

Haha well that’s pretty dang cool.

Will do. And it’s rather awesome to have crossed your path. Enjoy this beautimous day.

Not up there, but my therapist has made a big difference for me.
MySpiritEvolves · 36-40
@Dewkissedrose Talking always helps!
Oster1 · M
I keep working at it, every day.

Humility, redemption, forgiveness and just realizing that life is a journey, not a destination.

We will never master this.
MySpiritEvolves · 36-40
@Oster1 You are so right! Many people are still working on this realization. 🙌
jehova · 31-35, M
i'm working on meeting someone. My confidence is low though
Oster1 · M
@jehova Very cool! Thank you, for being nice.

See, that was awesome! 😊
jehova · 31-35, M
@Oster1 cheers
MySpiritEvolves · 36-40
@jehova Being blunt isn't a bad thing. If your intent is to insult then it's not being blunt. This place is a great place to meet people as long as you are real. If not there are always a lot of crazy sex adicts here.
Fluffybull · F
Walking, hugs with animals, hugs with hubby, anti-stress colouring books, binge-watching favourite dvd series, making soup. ☺️
Oster1 · M
@Fluffybull Awww, that's really sweet. 😊🤗🌺
Pinkstarburst · 51-55, F
I try to find time to work towards improving my mental health
MySpiritEvolves · 36-40
@Pinkstarburst When our foundation isn't solid and starts to affect us its all we can do to remain balanced 💖
Pinkstarburst · 51-55, F
@MySpiritEvolves Foundation????? That must be the thing that keeps getting demolished before it can even be built.
MySpiritEvolves · 36-40
@Pinkstarburst That sounds about right LOL we have to build it over and over again till we find a way to build it so it stays. It's not easy when it's not something in the physical world we are building.
Crazywaterspring · 61-69, M
I spend time naked and even have a trailer at a resort.

A source in Illinois sends me edibles which are illegal here.

I keep to myself mostly
I prefer solitude over drama any day
Excersize
Eat healthy
MySpiritEvolves · 36-40
@SW-User Thats my situation, I have some friends but they always have some drama going on in their group. I love them so I walk the edges of the group LOL
Work towards a goal, hike, sleep, eat healthy food
MySpiritEvolves · 36-40
@SlippingAway That really is the best way I would say. Goals have a way of really changing us as we achieve things we never thought we would.
@MySpiritEvolves agree it really helps to keep me grounded
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
My mental health depends on connecting with nature. Mostly hiking but also kayaking too. The best is a long hike I do through a forest to the top of a large hill overlooking a lake. Usually reach a state of exhaustion by the time I reach the top so that physically no more can be done but mentally all the senses are heightened.
Jungleman · M
exercise and work towards some goals, that's it.
SW-User
Where’s the wine 🍷 option 🤔
MySpiritEvolves · 36-40
@SW-User I didn't even think about that!
SW-User
Say whatttt 😯. Lol @MySpiritEvolves
