Extreme tax the 1% and through socialist programs redistribution of wealth. Make it possible for anyone to attend post secondary education courses or trade schools for free if one so chooses. Let education go until someone is like 22/25 yrs old.

well, as an american id start with america and work towards implementing government run healthcare and traditonal and herb based pharmaceutical manufacturers so companies cant profit off of sickness. at the same time id also work towards ending homelessness. i said homelessness second but i think its the more important or pressing issue though easier to do something about. hopefully any successful US models would be an inspiration to other countries that might need them.

That's a massive question. If not handled carefully and thoughtfully there could be repercussions on nearly incomprehensible levels. Any major changes would require a generation, if not longer, to accept and adapt.

I'd have to spend a few weeks just contemplating what needs to change first. If I had to choose something immediate, I would severely punish people that are cruel to animals.

Id bring back canabalism to deal with the homelessness and famine issues and ugenics to end disease and deformities.

Housing costs, food, and what jobs pay should all be congruent. 30 hour work week is full time. Unused medical, car, etc insurance is reimbursed every year. Property tax is illegal. Get rid of the two party system. Also how the courts operate.
