Partied my ass off. Recovered for two days!

Actually the timing worked out well, purely coincidentally. I had headed one committee for our university's big week-long activities leading up to the football game against our arch rivals. The overall chairman threw a dinner party at a restaurant to thank us all, and it happened to be my birthday and my first opportunity to be carded. Congrats on reaching a milestone!

Went to work , had a little party with friends and family after

I shared a birthday with a couple friends so we arranged a 24 hour hang out. We started drinking and playing playstation at 7am, about lunch time we went out for some food then in the afternoon got in fancy dress/cosplay and stayed out until 7am.

Genuinely one of my most cherished memories.

mines a few months away. personally i'm just gonna stay up late and sleep through it. birthdays are pointless in my opinion

I went on a camping trip with my girlfriend (now wife) and we swam in a very cold lake 🙂

happy 21st birthday to you

on my 21st, I went to a Dimmu Borgir concert and got really really drunk with a bunch of my mates on rum. One of the worst hangovers i have ever had in my life and that is what i most remember from it all haha

I can’t remember. I can remember my 18, 19,20th and 22nd birthday but not my 21st. 🤔😂

I was busy working in Shanghai and celebrated it once I got back to England 🙂🐼🥢

Probably at a hotel, drinking with coworkers/friends.

It was fun.

I have no idea. It was probably a day like any other.

I don't remember but my friends say I had a good time.

I worked 13 hours. I was getting my Wilderness First Responder certificate, and on that particular day we had a fake mass casualty incident and I had to check vitals on my coworkers and get them to the safety area. They were wearing fake blood and some pretending to be unconscious. Not the ideal way to spend the day, but at least it makes for an interesting story!

Honestly, I've no idea. I never do anything remarkable for them. My family insisted on celebrating which is annoying bc I don't really care that much to be by them. And I didn't use turning 21 as an excuse to try alcohol. So it was pretty unremarkable.

I didn't really do much. In new zealand, you get a big key shaped plaque on your 21st. But I didn't know anyone well enough to get one

Back then I would have been living on my 2nd and favorite boat the uss Canopus in the navy. Other than that I have no memory of it. Day after xmas most boring day of the year so likely didn't do much.

I think my 21st was spent quietly. I have no recollection of what I did all those years ago. Kind of to be expected. I became an adult at 18 so 21 was just another day.

It was Easter Sunday, 1995. Pretty much nothing. I think my mom made me a cake.

Whatever it was, it was very forgettable. I did not have a big social life.

I had a date to the drive-in with the love of my life. No alcohol. No sex...unless you count "almost sex."

Actually so many years ago i don't remember.....

I went to a larger city with a dozen friends and partied for 9 hours straight

noting my father died a couple months later of cancer i was not with him

was not a great year turing 21

My friend and I hit the beach in Jamaica, went snorkeling, ended the day giving mouth to mouth to a bottle of vodka.
Ha. We lost her. 🤪😉❤️

It was a Saturday, so I went out clubbing.

Some friends took me barhopping at Purdue.

I had been hitting the bar before I was legal so probably just more of the same. lol
