What is your favorite sleeping position?

Vertical

On my stomach, facing left.

On my left side, almost fetal lol

I usually sleep on my right side, with my right arm underneath the pillow. The problem lately is that my left arm has been in some kind of awkward position and I've been waking up with aching in my left hand. 🤔

On my stomach, legs apart,one knee drawn upwards.

I'm a roller. I move around a lot.

On my right side, all curled up works for me.

Left side ,back against the wall

I sleep on my back. Always have.

On my side, usually my left one.

I'm a stomach sleeper, it keeps the weight of my heart off my lungs, allowing me to breathe easier while sleeping and my assisted oxygen to be more efficient.
