If you want kids, then work it backwards.
You want to be able to work until they turn 18, so say you retire at 60, then you would have your second child when you are 42, but that is pretty late in life and the child may have disabilities, so say you drop that 5 years. So max is 37, but that is the second kid, so say they are 2 years apart, you are down to 35, and add a year buffer.
Max age would be 34. Of course you could have kids without being married, but that is awkward and the man may run, best to lock it all down.
Now suppose your first marriage doesn't work out, then you would want to have at least 6 years between them, this gives you 4 years to figure out you hate the guy, and two to recover from the pain of separation, so now you are down to 28, but better add a couple more years to find your next true love, so lets say 26 and I will shutup now. ;)

Whenever you want it feel for it. Besides all the fun of one nice party and some legal or financial benefits, depending on where you live, there's also some drawbacks in case you find out one day it wasn't the best idea.

Depends on a lot of things. I think mid to late twenties if you want to start a family but that's just an opinion of course.

22 was right for us, but it may be too young for some.

Late 20s-early 30s. You’ve had time for adventures, and ready for a change.

When it feels right. Which means when you are ready to shoulder the responsibilities of being a couple and possible parenthood, and not continue the carefree single life of it being all about you.

I think the year 2025 is good.
Let's get married in probably like August.

Depends on your career etc... As soon as it's sort of stable.

When you are ready to set a major part of the rest of your life in stone, no matter what changes within you or around you. Which should probably be never.
