I suspect instead of making what is considered socially acceptable conversation, you focus on yourself and what you believe women want to hear, which comes off as bragging to the ones you're trying to impress.

Okay here's my brutal honesty. Stop treating them like gatekeepers to the pussy and try to be friends first. If you need to get laid go to the bar. If you're looking for a partner it usually takes time. Just because you're rich doesn't mean there's anything special about you. Unless you're looking for a woman who wants that kind of support. Time for self reflection... meaning... how do you act different around the women you are attracted to? Clear you display a different persona when around women you are drawn to and if that is the case assess what you do differently. One would figure you would be either anxious, or tense, or trying too hard to impress which can come off poorly, or coming off too needy. Assess your actions and just be yourself.
Also... money and intellect are not always the gold standard when dating. Your social "game" may be lacking. Having a solid social confidence is key to attracting the ones you prefer.
