The thing is I haven't had a GF in years and its not because I haven't been trying. The girls I find attractive don't like me and the ones who like me, I personally don't find them attractive

What could be my problem?????
Any tips and hints would be helpful

If I may... so you say the women you find attractive don't prefer you.
Time for self reflection... meaning... how do you act different around the women you are attracted to? Clear you display a different persona when around women you are drawn to and if that is the case assess what you do differently. One would figure you would be either anxious, or tense, or trying too hard to impress which can come off poorly, or coming off too needy. Assess your actions and just be yourself.
Also... money and intellect are not always the gold standard when dating. Your social "game" may be lacking. Having a solid social confidence is key to attracting the ones you prefer.
