Just beware of the guy who claims he's had one ... and hasn't !!!
lumberjackslam · 41-45, M
@Howudoin Yes, now they have a kid.
NCCindy · 36-40, F
@lumberjackslam My kids were 100% planned.

Also the reason that, while I wasn't a virgin when I got married, the only guy who has actually been bare with me is my husband.
lumberjackslam · 41-45, M
@NCCindy that is very wise. I wouldn't recommend unprotected intercourse with any male lacking the proper surgical documentary evidence.

AlchemyFox · 36-40, F
I second this
Tarnished · 26-30, M
Gotta wait on that till I find my forever lady and see if we want kids or not before doing the snip snip.
thepreposterouspanda · 36-40, M
I'm getting mine done next year. :)
Barny52 · 56-60, M
Wish I’d taken a photo of my balls afterwards they looked like an overripe blood orange !!
GeniUs · 56-60, M
@Barny52 I did take a pic of mine (purely because I wanted to see what was going on down there), it was just balls with a cross of tape on them, I'll see if I can find that picture to entertain everybody.
ronisme1 · 61-69, M
@Barny52 mine looked like black tennis balls
ronisme1 · 61-69, M
@Barny52 softball x 2
subhubby · 56-60, M
My wife required it after our 3rd child. I obeyed. 🥰
StevetheSleeve · 31-35, M
I think guys usually get those after they’ve had kids and don’t want to have any more. But yeah, the unsung heroes. Lol
GeniUs · 56-60, M
@StevetheSleeve You've made me want to write a song about this now...
Never have to worry about BC again
@swirlie You could get good money for that.
swirlie · 31-35, F
@Sojournersoul
I could probably make a lot of close friends too!
@swirlie Yes you could. They would be coming from all over.
exexec · 61-69, C
You're welcome. Always happy to keep the ladies happy.
So you reciprocate your feelings towards tubal sterilization?
funtravler · 36-40, F
My husband had a vasectomy.
retiredbum · 51-55, M
You're welcome
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
What about the guys who only say they did it so they can nut inside a woman ? They IDENTIFY as having had one though . Lol
Djc58 · 56-60, M
Ok, why? Is it because it relieves the woman of her own birth control? (that I can understand)... but other reasons... not so much.
atlantic59 · 61-69, M
I would love for Women to rule the world! Especially in Politics and World Affairs.🙂👍
Djc58 · 56-60, M
@atlantic59 I would not.
cuddles1266 · 70-79, M
You are welcome! It does make life more easy. And doesn't inhibit desires either!
zonavar68 · 51-55, M
I'm 55 not got the snip. Never considered it. But I don't date and/or get sex so no worries.
deadteddy · 26-30, F
I mean they’re awesome if you don’t want kids. For us who do, it’s a big no.
dale74 · M
Only if in the context of a family having had all the kids they want or because the giy doesn't want any...

My first ex-wife said she wanted children we dated got married didn't find out till after she was cheating on me and I had paid for her kids to go to college that she had her tubes tied 10 years before....
swirlie · 31-35, F
@dale74
Only if in the context of a family having had all the kids they want or because the guy doesn't want any...
Only if...? You've pretty much covered it here with what you wrote above.

What other reasons could there be that you obviously disqualify as being a valid reason for a vasectomy when you say, "Only if.."?
gregloa · 61-69, M
Haven’t but I’m still pretty awesome 😎
MagnumPI · 46-50, M
I will be getting mine in the new year.
@MagnumPI Respect 👍
got sniped 40 years back,
WhateverWorks · 36-40
Not all heroes wear capes ☺️
ArishMell · 70-79, M
I can't help thinking your ideal world would see every man sterilised.... Could have an interesting result. :-)

(I have not had a vasectomy, but making love many times showed it was not necessary for me, so Nature had decided!)
zonavar68 · 51-55, M
@ArishMell Reverse handmaids tale.
ArishMell · 70-79, M
@zonavar68 Intriguing idea for a novel....
Never regretted it even once.
Allelse · 36-40, M
See I go from town to town knocking up random women, spreading the love! Once they're pregnant I skip. The brat is their problem. It's amazing how a child can rip a woman's insides up, but they did tempt Adam to eat the apple, ao fuck em.
SW-User
I haven't had one because it's not needed. I may have different reasons I join your applause. Pregnancy in America is becoming a scarier and scarier prospect for women here. It's alarming.
rfhh1959 · 61-69, M
@SW-User I don't know if it's any different now but when I had mine I actually had to give all the reasons I wanted one as I was 33 years old.
SW-User
@rfhh1959 I'm not sure either but the religious nuts make all of family planning as hard as possible. "Only Sky Daddy can clip your balls."
SlaveEt · 36-40, F
@SlaveEt For those of us that don't want to have kids it just makes things so much easier. I suppose I could have elaborated a bit more on that in the post as I can see how it's open to interpretation 😁
Galanr40 · 61-69, M
@PrincessVelvet Never wanted kids either.
You're welcome.
rfhh1959 · 61-69, M
Had mine in 93
Quimliqer · 70-79, M
46 years now!!
boredintexas · 36-40, M
Youre welcome
ArishMell · 70-79, M
That's very kind of you!

I had no choice or even knowledge: it was done when I was very young, but to correct some medical problem not for some pseudo-social fashion or old-fashioned "tradition".
walabby · 61-69, M
zonavar68 · 51-55, M
Never been asked of me by my partners, and since I'm single now in my 50's and don't have relationships or sex anymore it doesn't matter.
zonavar68 · 51-55, M
Why? Did you know it is *both* the man's and the woman's responsibility if they want to avoid unwanted pregnancy?

Problem is that doctors at least here are extremely reluctant to perform it unless you either are 50+ or already have 2+ kids
BarbossasHusband · 36-40, M
I never had one. Hell, I still have my female bits,but they don't work as they're supposed to.

So... You're welcome
onewithshoes · 22-25, F
It's an easy option now, though. In the old days they'd've had to have the balls to cut them off.
dancingtongue · 80-89, M
You're welcome. Not that it matters one iota any more. 😕
swirlie · 31-35, F
@dancingtongue
Your "iota's" are still important to me, dancingtongue!
dancingtongue · 80-89, M
@swirlie Well, I appreciate that, but it doesn't changed the fact that hormonal therapy drugs I am on to fight the prostate cancer have pretty much made me androgynous.
IllThinkOfSomething · 26-30, M
I assume you're gung ho about having yourself a tubal ligation, right? Or is it just a 'F men' thing?
atlantic59 · 61-69, M
I never had one but I'm in no danger to anyone unless they insisted beyond my control and held me down
oldercanuck1 · 70-79, M
Got one after our second baby ,, was not so bad an am still a man ,,lol

- 'bear down'
- 'pull out!'
- 'bear DOWN!..'
- [big]'pullll..OUTTT!!'[/big]

🤷‍♂️
Convivial · 26-30, F
They should issue "I've been cut" cards 🤣
BearDownChicago · 41-45, M
Thanks. It was an easy decision for many reasons
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
Only about 40 % of men have offspring anyway .
Now every man that’s had one is queuing up
