I haven't had one because it's not needed. I may have different reasons I join your applause. Pregnancy in America is becoming a scarier and scarier prospect for women here. It's alarming.

@SW-User I don't know if it's any different now but when I had mine I actually had to give all the reasons I wanted one as I was 33 years old.
