Only if in the context of a family having had all the kids they want or because the giy doesn't want any...
My first ex-wife said she wanted children we dated got married didn't find out till after she was cheating on me and I had paid for her kids to go to college that she had her tubes tied 10 years before....

What other reasons could there be that you obviously disqualify as being a valid reason for a vasectomy when you say, "Only if.."?
