Thoughts on my book collection ??

I think you need a shelf. It's not good for the book binding to store them that way.

Hmm, the first one on the bottom picture and on top of the center pile, just underneath that miniature dresser is an erotic book or novel. Do you really want to know what I think of your collection?

Usually the books you read last tend to be on top of the pile, thus my deduction is that you have a hard time falling asleep and that you need a little push or motivation.

Certainly an eclectic mix, Rand, Plath, Poe, economics, poetry, etc...
What's your preference (if you have any in particular)?

Reminds me of when I worked at a bookstore. My boss talked to book clubs and she had all of her recommendations on a cart. I would sneak Amerìcan Psycho onto it.

That's a good range - but please do invest in proper book shelves for the books' sake and yours!

A good start. Books can take your mind places that no movie ever could… keep reading and support your local authors when you can

Time to invest in a shelf...

It's a beginners start. Keep it up though. Add some more variety. A decent dictionary or even a couple of encyclopedia sets would help.

My last place I had only three book shelves. Before that four book shelves.

My library at my father's place was wall to wall.
