Do you sleep on your back, side, stomach or do you rotate like a rotisserie chicken?

I try all positions usually. I find side-sleeping really difficult (which was hard when I was in a relationship as cuddling someone kinda needs side sleeping).

Rotisserie chicken is probably accurate.

My left side most often, then stomach and in the position you describe. At least for resting, not sure if sleeping too.

Mostly my side, usually the right but when my arm/hip needs less pressure, I'll switch to the other side. I noticed a few years ago, 99% of the time I only roll clockwise when I switch to the other side- doesn't matter if I was on my right or left side- still clockwise.

I sleep on both sides, Missy usually sleeps on my thigh, she's a big girl and stretches from my knee to just below my waist. When I turn over she does a little log walk and lies back down.😆

I don't sleep on my back or my stomach.. I swtich during the night between one side and another with bent legs or one straight one bent..

On my stomach, mostly. But if my anxiety’s really bad, I can toss and turn quite a bit in my sleep.

I'm generally a mix of a side sleeper and a rotisserie chicken 😅

I sleep on my sides i just rotate. Ever so often i will sleep on my back. I never sleep on my stomach.
