I'm tired of all this trapped gas building up in my chest and stomach. It's uncomfortable as hellI took a gasx but I really need to burp or fart for relief. I'm sick of being a balloon.
why do I always feel like im suffocating in the shower with the steam?I can't do hottubs for the same reasons or saunas.
