I suppose that he has no filters. Although saying unkind words is not nice and hurts feelings. Then again you have people who act nice in front of others but talk worse trash behind others back. He just says what he thinks. Human nature is selfish, we each look for our desires met, what is most convenient to us. I can’t criticize when I myself curse someone when they don’t do or say what is most convenient to me. But yeah... life. Can we neutrally look at a person without our personal bias getting involved?

@Smart23 Have you watched the video of the press conference or just going off of what CNN says? The video is on YouTube, the President is asking the "expert" if there is any testing or method in testing to use a disinfectant or alcohol, into the body, specifically the lungs, stated that he "thought it was interesting". There was never a suggestion made to inject anything into the body. I do agree with what he said in the context of testing and if the actual doctor that he was asking the question to comes up with a safe way to do it, that would be wonderful. BUt again, there was no suggestion to inject anything.

So...while all the great things he did for our economy were sabotaged by this virus, we ARE going to be better off in the long run. I saw him on Letterman in the early 90's and he was being asked if he'd run for president, and while he gave an emphatic no, he just said all the right things. He was so Presidential that anyone who saw that would want to vote for him. These days he just doesn't carry himself like that, it's hard to believe it's the same person.
