So, how does forcing people to pay $500 per month to buy $5,000 deductible, then still have 40% co-pay really help someone who can't afford health care?

So, when they break their arm, they still get a $10,000+ bill when they try to check-out with the hospital cashier.

That same broken arm could be fixed in most other parts of the world for less than $1,000.
