I suppose that he has no filters. Although saying unkind words is not nice and hurts feelings. Then again you have people who act nice in front of others but talk worse trash behind others back. He just says what he thinks. Human nature is selfish, we each look for our desires met, what is most convenient to us. I can’t criticize when I myself curse someone when they don’t do or say what is most convenient to me. But yeah... life. Can we neutrally look at a person without our personal bias getting involved?

@Specialyouare It seems like you are condoning his words and his actions.

Don’t you feel that as The President he should set better examples for the young children? No? Okay.
Specialyouare · 31-35, F
@SimplyTracie Absolutely I do. I try to look at all sides of the issue. But yes our minds absorb from what we perceive which is why I write that I don’t like when he says unkind things that hurt or are disrespectful of others. I hope in the future he can be honest but use kinder words while being more understanding of people while still attempting to keep order. I know being president is a job I definitely would not want to have.
@Specialyouare But the so-called “leader of the free world” is not supposed to be vindictive, racist, sexist or openly duplicitous. It’s not really looking at both sides to ignore facts.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@Specialyouare I agree. Many people feel he is rough around the edges and has zero tact. So true.

I think people can tell it like it is and not be mean at the same time.

I also agree with what you said about honesty. I think he lies a lot. People shouldn’t lie especially when you’re supposed to be a leader and a role model.

@Specialyouare I could vomit from your comments. He is deranged and dangerous and you want us to be NICE???? He "just" says what he thinks??? YES! THAT is a huge problem...what he thinks!!!! There is NO one more unkind, narcissistic, evil,lying,sexist,racist, self serving than this demon from hell. Spare us your understanding and empathy for this non-human mutant
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@bijouxbroussard There is that too.
Specialyouare · 31-35, F
Perhaps you misunderstood my writing. I wrote I would like him to show more kindness and understanding in the way he speaks of others and that I hope in the future there is a change in him that shows more tactfulness. I wonder how he grew up. What he was exposed to as a child, if he only had money and maids all over and therefore has no experience in empathizing for those experiencing need in base of their uncontrolled circumstances. I hope that maybe through his experience in being president he learns some things perhaps he was never exposed to before which would make him reconsider his views and actions on people and things that bring us anger at not bringing us pleasure.

@Specialyouare I know exactly what I read and what you meant.
Specialyouare · 31-35, F
I am sorry if anything that I wrote brought you displeasure.
@Specialyouare He’s 72, isn’t he ? When do imagine this epiphany might occur ? And he’s raised his children with pretty much the same values, based upon their comments and behavior.
Fernie · F
@Specialyouare I doubt that. I hope the blinders fall away from your eyes before it's too late. I'm done here
@Specialyouare @bijouxbroussard @Fernie @SimplyTracie what an interesting thread, its amazing how polarizing someone/something can be...
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@Specialyouare I get what you’re saying. However, I don’t think you should be making excuses for him. He’s old enough to know better.

I love this bantering and it gives me no displeasure.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@lostinthesupermarket How is it polarizing?
Fernie · F
@lostinthesupermarket that is what pure evil DOES
@Fernie maybe, but then again... its like when someone gets stupid at a party and other people get as stupid to show the first one how stupid they are
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@lostinthesupermarket Who got stupid at this party? Name names, you’re amongst friends.
@SimplyTracie lol.
im pretty much not political, i vote, usually for local stuff, in his election i wrote in a name as i wasn't persuaded by either. but watching how people react to politics is a spectator sport. I saw it with obama, the right was like "if he gets elected the world is gonna end" and it didn't. now with trump i hear pretty much the same thing, and pretty much everything is still the same 🤷‍♂️
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@lostinthesupermarket I cannot compare the two. I wasn’t interested in Obama’s term.

But you’re right about Trump being entertaining. He is that.

So you’re not naming names huh? 🤭
@lostinthesupermarket I think the difference is in why each side thought the world might end. They weren’t even close to being similar reasons. 😒
homespun2 · 70-79, M
@Specialyouare problem is he doesnt think before he opens his big put his foot in fucking dumbass mouth.
Fernie · F
@Specialyouare how DARE you compare him to a human being!!!
Fernie · F
@lostinthesupermarket you really ARE lost
homespun2 · 70-79, M
@bijouxbroussard he couldnt lead a drunk to a piss-up.leader of the free world (bullshit)thats just an idea someone in America came up with to help inflate an overly large ego.
Anopenheart · 51-55, M
how is "speaking your mind" equated with honesty? He has said over 10,000 documented lies in office.. no one believes anything he says.. even republicans don't believe him@Specialyouare
