Yeah for sure. I've had many cats and the males are always more cuddly.
Although my female cat now is still very sweet.

I have a male cat hes 7 neutered and he is nothing but one big ball of furr that only runs on food water cuddles and a toy thats it . Hes my cuddle bug in the morning each time , female can be loyal and cuddly i knew this woman who i call my aunt not anymore but that beside the point her female cat was soooo loving cuddle sweet i say its 50/50 owner vs cat your good to the cat it will be good to you .

My male cat loves to cuddle and is very affectionate where my female cat is a spaz she always wants outside to hunt. Though she wants cuddles sometimes as well but it’s usually my male cat who does

I get the same impression! 😻😻 I love my female kitties just the same, but they don't even come close to the cuddle power of their Tom cat counterparts.🤗 Male cats are strong in the Cuddle!💪🤗

My very first cat was female and she was very affectionate. My current cat is a ginger female (most gingers are male), and I don't think she knows how to be affectionate.

Honestly in cats it's hard for me to figure it out since my first step is to only trying to be friendly with them.

I think breed and coat play into it too. we have 2 neutered males and a spayed female (my sons). One male is a long hair forest cat, very affectionate, a little too much at times. Short hair buff is not much of a cudller at all. Grey tiger female is skittish except with my son, she's his personal lap-cat. Any Tuxedo we've ever had has been a snuggle bug.

I have a male cat myself, he can get feisty, The scratches on my arm prove it. But females have the best instincts, in my opinion

no its actually proven i think, make cats can be a bit of a dick when they are in heat but in general they are way more chill than female cats

I always found my female cats to have more independent personalities. The neutered males are just big dumb loverboys who mostly only want food and cuddles.
The females were always better mousers.

It's been the opposite for me, with at least a couple of my own cats, if not more, as well as outdoor (grrrrr) cats of strangers
